After graduating from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Hokkaido University, Dr. Nakamura worked as a veterinary trainee at Rakuno Gakuen University for three years. They then returned to Hokkaido University Graduate School, where they obtained a doctoral degree through research on ultrasound contrast agents. Currently, Dr. Nakamura serves as an associate professor in the Department of Veterinary Internal Medicine at Hokkaido University Graduate School. Their recent research focuses on strain imaging for cardiac function analysis and ultrasound elastography for diagnosing organ congestion.
