Job Fair Registration Form

Thank you for your registration for the JaVECCS International Symposium.

One booth is available for two days (3/9 and 3/10) at the job fair site. The registration fee is ¥200,000- per hospital per booth. Please fill out the form below to register as an exhibitor. Please email us if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.​

Hospital sponsorship benefits

  • Free participation certificates for 5 people

  • 2m x 1.8m booth

  • 1 table, 2 chairs

  • Installation of signboards with the hospital name printed on them

  • If electrical work is required, this can be ordered separately.

  • Hospital pamphlets were inserted into the bags given to all participants.

  • Hospital information included in abstract
