Corporate/Hospital Exhibitor Sponsorship Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, once you have officially applied for sponsorship, you will not be able to cancel. However, cancellation will only be accepted if the Board of Directors gives special permission due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will need to submit a written statement explaining the reason for canceling your exhibit. Even if you contact us by phone or email, we will ask you to submit a formal written statement at a later date.
The following cancellation fees will be charged based on the date of cancellation.

If you contact us by 23:59 on February 14, 2025, there will be no cancellation fee.

If you contact us after midnight on February 15, 2025, you will be required to pay 100% of the sponsorship fee as a cancellation fee.
