Corporate/Hospital Exhibitor Sponsorship Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, once you have officially applied for sponsorship, you cannot cancel. However, cancellation will only be accepted if the Board of Directors gives special permission due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, you will need to submit a written statement stating the reason for canceling your exhibit. Even if you contact us by phone or email, we will ask that you submit a formal written statement at a later date.

The following cancellation fees will be charged based on the date of cancellation.

• If you contact us by 23:59 on February 13, 2026: No cancellation fee will be charged.

• If you contact us after midnight on February 14, 2025, you will be charged 100% of the sponsorship fee as a cancellation fee.
