1. Eligibility for Media Coverage

Individuals eligible for press coverage (hereinafter referred to as "press") must belong to one of the following media-related categories:

• Journalists from newspapers, magazines, television, radio, and online media

• Editors of professional journals and industry publications

• Photographers covering events for reporting purposes

The following individuals are NOT considered press and must register as general participants:

• Advertising agencies, corporate sales representatives, or those attending for marketing purposes

• Individuals publishing content solely for personal blogs or social media

2. Press Registration & Participation Fee

• Advance registration is required for all press members. On-site registration will not be accepted.

• Each company may register up to two (2) press representatives free of charge.

• If more than two representatives wish to attend, the company must register as a corporate participant.

3. Press Check-in & Badge Issuance

• Approved press members will be issued a press badge.

• Upon arrival, please present one business card at the registration desk to receive your badge.

• Press badges must be worn at all times within the venue.

• After completing your coverage, please return the badge to the reception desk.

4. Press Coverage Rules

Coverage of Lectures & Sessions

• Photography and audio/video recording during sessions are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.

• If you wish to interview a speaker, please wait until the session has concluded.

Interviews

• If you wish to interview a speaker or participant, you must submit a request to the organizing committee in advance and obtain explicit permission from the interviewee.

• Unsolicited or intrusive interviews are not allowed.

Photography & Video Recording

• Flash photography and tripod use are prohibited.

• Please ensure that camera shutter sounds are minimized.

• Unauthorized photography or recording of presentation slides (screen images) and poster sessions is strictly prohibited.

Exhibition Hall & Venue Photography

• When photographing the exhibition area or venue, please ensure that attendees are not individually identifiable to protect privacy.

• Be mindful of other participants when capturing general venue images.

Publication of Articles & Videos

• When publishing coverage, please use the official event name: "2nd JaVECCS International Symposium."

• If you require content review before publication, please contact the organizing committee.

• Misleading expressions, defamation, or criticism of specific companies, products, or pharmaceuticals are strictly prohibited.

5. Additional Notes

• Please ensure that your activities do not disrupt other attendees or presentations.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to deny press access at its discretion.
