The Japanese Association for Veterinary Emergency Care and Centralization (JaVECCS) is pleased to announce that the 3rd Annual International Symposium will be held on March 14 and 15, 2026, at the Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference in Tokyo, Japan. The International Symposium brings together veterinarians and nurses from Asia and around the world to share the latest trends and knowledge in veterinary intensive care. The symposium aims to share the latest trends and expertise in veterinary intensive care.

We are looking for student volunteers to help organize the International Symposium. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to meet and work with students from other countries while attending lectures!

• Date: March 14 and 15, 2026 (2 days)

(*Participation on only one day is negotiable. Registration for 1 Day is required to join the other day as a participant.) 

• Venue: Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference

• Theme: JaVECCS International Symposium

• Target: Veterinary students, veterinary nursing students, graduate students, students in general

Duties:

The primary duties of the management supporters are as follows. The primary responsibilities of the administrative support staff are as follows. Most of the work will be done outside of the lecture time.

• Reception desk assistance

• Lecture room set-up assistance

• Set up and clean up the lecture rooms and venue

• Other duties as required for the operation of the event

Compensation:

• Free conference participation (lectures can be attended outside of work hours)​＊We will try to make lectures available for viewing as much as possible during the lectures.

• Free reception participation (3/14: 18:00-20:00)

• Free bento will be served for lunch and dinner

• A transportation fee of 2,000 Japanese Yen per day will be provided

Work Hours (Shift Time):

Applicants will generally be assigned to Group A or Group B by JaVECCS management. However, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, so please let us know if you have a preferred shift.

A) 08:00-15:00

B) 15:00-21:00​
