After graduating from the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Azabu University in 2013, he obtained his PhD in Veterinary Medicine from the Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Tokyo. Since 2017, he has worked at the Animal Medical Center, Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Tokyo, where he serves as the head of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care.

He focuses on the management of critically ill patients and emergency medical care, and continues to conduct research activities to advance veterinary medicine while providing medical care on the front lines. He is committed to providing more advanced medical care by introducing the latest veterinary intensive care techniques and training the next generation of veterinary surgeons. He shares his knowledge with veterinary medical professionals both in Japan and abroad through academic conference presentations and writing papers, contributing to the advancement of veterinary medicine.
