He earned a Master's Degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Department of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Life and Environmental Sciences, Osaka Prefecture University (now Osaka Municipal University).
After working in primary care for small animals since 2011, he began working at the Osaka Animal Nighttime Emergency Center in 2017, specializing in nighttime emergency and intensive care. As head veterinarian and vice director, he is involved not only in medical practice but also in hospital management and training of future veterinarians.
Since 2020, he has also worked part-time at Hokusetsu Nighttime Emergency Animal Hospital and the Nighttime Clinic Department of the Osaka Municipal University Veterinary Clinical Center, where he is dedicated to the development and education of emergency medical care in clinical settings.
In 2016, he obtained Type II Veterinary Oncology Certification from the Japanese Society of Veterinary Oncology.
He plans to complete the RECOVER BLS/ALS course in 2022 and earn RECOVER instructor certification in 2025.
