Dr. Mizuno graduated from Kitasato University in 2002. From 2002 to 2014, he worked at small animal hospitals in Aichi Prefecture and Chiba Prefecture. In 2014, he joined the JASMINE Veterinary Cardiology Center, where he continues his clinical practice.
