The Japanese Association for Veterinary Emergency Care and Centralization (JaVECCS) is pleased to announce that its International Symposium will be held on March 9 and 10, 2024 at the Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference in Tokyo, Japan The JaVECCS International Symposium brings together veterinarians and nurses from Asia and around the world to share the latest trends and knowledge in veterinary intensive care The symposium aims to share the latest trends and knowledge in veterinary intensive care.

We are looking for student volunteers to participate in the organization of the International Symposium. This will be a great opportunity for you to meet and work with students from other countries and attend the lectures at the same time!

Event:

• Date: March 9 and 10, 2024 (2 days) *Participation on only one day is negotiable

• Venue: Ariake Central Tower Hall & Conference

• Theme: JaVECCS International Symposium

• Target: Veterinary students, veterinary nursing students, graduate students, students in general

 

Duties:

The main duties of the management supporters are as follows. The main duties of the administrative support staff are as follows. Most of the work will be done outside of the lecture time.

• Reception desk assistance

• Lecture room set up assistance

• Set up and clean up the lecture rooms and venue

• Other duties as required for the operation of the event

 

Work Hours:

8:00-18:00 (Full time preferred, but it can be negotiable)

 

Compensation:

• Free conference participation (lectures can be attended outside of work hours)​＊We will try to make lectures available for viewing as much as possible during lectures.

• Free reception participation (3/9：18:00-20:00)

• Free bento will be served for lunch and dinner

• Transportation fee 2,000 yen per day will be provided
