Thank you very much for your corporate sponsorship participation in the 3rd JaVECCS International Symposium. We kindly ask that all staff members who will be operating your booth complete the participant registration. This registration is limited to company employees only.
The “Exhibitor” badge allows access to observe the lectures. However, if the lecture rooms become crowded, we kindly ask that you give priority seating to registered participants.
On the day of the event, please bring your business cards to the reception desk. We will provide you with a badge holder so you can insert your business card and wear it around your neck.

Prize Registration for the Stamp Rally
During the symposium, participants will visit each exhibiting company’s booth with a stamp rally card. After receiving an explanation from your booth staff, they will collect a sticker to complete their card.
If your company would like to provide a prize for this program, we kindly ask you to complete the form below.The prizes you provide will be presented to the selected winners as “[Your Company Name] Award.”
