Thank you very much for participating in the 2nd JaVECCS International Symposium! If five or more individuals from the same hospital participate, we are pleased to offer a 10% discount coupon. Please take advantage of this opportunity!

After registering through the form below, you will receive a "10% Discount Coupon" and an "Registration Link" Please make sure to use the email addresses of individuals for the registration. A participation certificate in PDF format will be sent in a separate email at a later date. On the event day, please print it out and bring it to the reception desk.

Please enter the name of the hospital and the full name of the participant. If five or more people from the same hospital participate, we will give you a 10% discount coupon. After confirming the application details, a staff member will send you the "10% discount coupon" and "participation application link" at a later date.
