    教科書的なトリアージの知識はあるけど、実際に症例を目の前にすると本当に正しいトリアージができているか不安な人は多いと思います。今回の実習では、日常診療でよく遭遇するシュチュエーションを想定し、実際にあった症例をもとに五感と頭をフル活用してもらいます。少人数のグループに分かれて状況に応じて身体検査や臨床検査の選択はもちろん、診断や治療アプローチまでをディスカッションしてもらいます。 どんな検査が必要なのか？検査ができる状況なのか？検査中予想される問題は何か？そんなリアルを体感してもらえるような実習をご提供いたします。

    小動物患者における血液透析の基本原理と実践的な側面について学べる貴重な機会です。症例に基づくディスカッションを通じて、受講者は透析処方のプランニングや患者管理の実践的な経験を積むことができます。また、抗凝固法、モニタリング、合併症への対処法についても取り上げます。経験豊富な体外療法スペシャリストによって指導されるこのセッションでは、犬や猫において血液透析を効果的に実施するための包括的な理解を得ることができます。

    呼吸器疾患や外傷などにより急性呼吸不全を呈する症例では、迅速かつ的確な判断と処置が救命の鍵となります。 本実習では、緊急手技として重要な「気管切開」と「胸腔ドレーン設置」について、実践的に習得することを目的としています。 気管切開は、豚の気管を用いて実際の組織感を体験しながら、一連の手技を学びます。（外科器具は持参となります）胸腔ドレーン設置は、模型と実際のドレーンを使用し、確実な挿入を体得します。 現場で即応できる実践力の向上を一緒に目指しましょう！
