Yuka Iwato graduated from Yoshida Gakuen College of Veterinary Nursing (Hokkaido) in 2011 and began her career as a veterinary nurse. She joined Poroto no Mori Animal Hospital (Hokkaido) the same year, where she provided veterinary nursing care for over six years in small animal practice.

In November 2017, she started working at Sapporo Night Animal Hospital and was promoted to Deputy Head Nurse in September 2021. She has been actively involved in improving the quality of veterinary nursing and mentoring staff in the field of nighttime care.

In 2023, she obtained the National Veterinary Nurse Certification, further enhancing her expertise and continuing to contribute to advancing animal healthcare.
