[Invitation slots] Registration for speakers/invitees/volunteers

This is the registration form for those who will be attending the 2nd JaVECCS International Symposium as lecturers, or for those who will be invited or volunteering. After registration, a PDF participation certificate will be sent to your email address. Please print it out and bring it to the reception desk on the day. A case will be provided to insert the participation certificate, so please put it in and wear it around your neck.
